What Plus includes
Plus unlocks unlimited savings goals, receipt scanning, smart text parsing, home-screen widgets and extra customisation. The Couple plan adds one shared space for two linked accounts. Free features stay free whether or not you subscribe.
Free trial
Each account gets one 7 day free trial of Plus, on either plan. It starts when you finish setting up Peeka Money, or when you start it from the Plus screen if it has not been used. No payment details are needed for it. 3 days and 1 day before it ends we send a notification on your phone, if you allow notifications, and the app shows the date. When the trial ends your account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe; everything you made during the trial stays yours.
Billing and renewal
Buying Plus is not open yet: nothing is charged, nothing renews, and the trial and the free plan are all there is to be on. When it opens, payment is charged through the App Store or Google Play, whichever you bought it in; subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices shown are in US dollars; the store sets the local price in your country. We give 30 days notice before any price change, and it never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel while buying is not open, and nothing to refund. Once it opens you cancel in your phone's subscription settings, or from the app under Settings › Account & plan, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds will be handled by the store under its policy; we cannot issue them directly. No offer or survey is placed between you and the cancel button.
Couple plan
One subscription covers two accounts. The person who buys it holds it; the partner joins by invite and can leave at any time. Each person decides line by line what the other sees. Linking starts with expenses switched on (the month total with left to spend, and the category breakdown); each person sees that list and can change it before the link is made, and at any time afterwards in Sharing & access. A record reaches the partner only when its owner marks that record shared, one at a time. If the subscription lapses, the shared space closes but each person's own records are untouched. The partner is never contacted about billing.
Your records
Everything you record in the app belongs to you. You can export it as a spreadsheet at any time on any plan, and delete your account and all of its data from Settings. The app is a record-keeping tool, not financial advice.
