Delete it in the app
- Your picture or initials at the top of each tab open Settings.
- Under Account & data, tap Account & plan.
- Tap Delete your Peeka account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

Ask by email
Email privacy@peekamoney.app from the email address on your Peeka account and ask for it to be deleted. A named person answers within two working days.
What happens

- You are signed out on every phone
- You leave your household, and your top ups to shared goals go. Your partner keeps the household, the goals and their own top ups.
- You come off your friends' scoreboards, and your friend code stops working
KEPT FOR 30 DAYS, THEN DELETED

- Your settings, rules and Ask Peeka chats
- The encrypted backups and receipt photos kept in your account
- Your profile picture, and the sign-in itself
A backup file you saved yourself is yours and stays wherever you put it.
What anonymous data stays
Usage counts and crash reports are not kept against your account. Each carries only a random id made on the phone that sent it, and no name, email or amount.
When the 30 days are over, the counts and reports from the phone you deleted the account on are deleted with everything else. Those sent from another phone, or before you chose a fresh random id on Privacy & data, or when you asked by email, cannot be matched to you, and stay.
What you posted on the wish list goes at the same time. A request you posted takes the comments under it with it, other people’s included.
Screen and tap counts sent to Google Analytics carry no account id or email, so deleting your account does not remove them.
Only your records
To keep the account and remove what is in it: Settings › Account & data › Export & delete › Delete everything.
Peeka offers an export first, then asks you to type DELETE. Your records, accounts, own goals, debts, subscriptions and chats go, from this phone and from your account.
